Manage and grow a major gifts and planned giving program focused on donors $1,000+. Maintain a portfolio of ~100 major donor prospects, support CEO/CFDSO solicitations, run donor research, execute stewardship and data-driven cultivation strategies, and contribute to fundraising events and initiatives.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the COO and CFO, including calendar and travel management, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings and events, serving as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders, taking meeting minutes, and supporting executive team logistics and follow-up.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO: manage email and calendar, prepare complex documents and presentations, coordinate meetings and Board logistics, handle travel and expenses, record minutes, act as liaison for internal/external stakeholders, and assist on special projects while maintaining confidentiality and anticipating executive needs.
