Plans and executes corporate, customer, partner, trade show, and internal events end to end. Manages vendors, budgets, logistics, agendas, branded experiences, and stakeholder coordination. Measures event performance through dashboards and reports, analyzing engagement, leads, opportunities, ROI, and business impact to improve future initiatives. Supports Sales, Marketing, ABM programs, and regional market activities in a remote international environment.

Design, develop, and maintain secure, responsive web interfaces using modern TypeScript frameworks, preferably Svelte. Translate product requirements into design documents, collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize application performance, mitigate web security risks, and produce clean, maintainable code. The role also involves debugging, staying current with frontend technologies, and potentially using testing frameworks or contributing to open source.

Own full sales cycle for Tenchi's TPCRM SaaS, identifying and qualifying prospects, delivering demos, collaborating with marketing/product, building client relationships, and meeting revenue targets.
