Support Tencent’s user acquisition platform and overseas game studio initiatives. Analyze advertising performance data, prepare reports, identify product needs, apply AI to improve workflows, and collaborate with product, operations, data, and engineering teams on enhancements.

Leads large-scale global events and exhibitions, manages international vendors, budgets, procurement, and internal controls, and strengthens relationships with major game companies and clients. Develops post-investment strategies, customized event proposals, market opportunities, brand influence, and innovative partnership models. Requires game-industry knowledge, overseas cultural familiarity, executive or government hosting experience, fluent English, and strong project management skills.

Analyze large-scale gaming datasets using statistics, machine learning, forecasting, recommender systems, generative AI, experimentation, causal inference, and econometrics. Partner with product and engineering teams to develop data-driven strategies, build business solutions, deliver actionable insights, and share technical knowledge across teams.
