Monitor, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain MQ-9 enterprise networks supporting aircraft control, ISR dissemination, SATCOM, encrypted communications, and cross-domain connectivity. Respond to mission-impacting incidents, support geographically dispersed sites, implement STIGs, remediate vulnerabilities, maintain backups and documentation, and assist with RMF compliance in a 24/7 rotating-shift environment.

Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers, workstations, virtual machines, Active Directory, VMware environments, storage, backups, and mission systems supporting 24/7 RPA operations. Responsibilities include patching, system recovery, vulnerability remediation, STIG compliance, cybersecurity baseline implementation, hardware support, and customer troubleshooting in a secure facility. The role works directly with military personnel, government customers, engineers, and technical teams while maintaining mission availability.
