The role shapes portfolio strategy, aligns services with product roadmaps, establishes quality standards, resolves escalations, manages projects, and mentors associate architects. Requires deep information security, vulnerability management, cybersecurity operations, technical curriculum design, and customer-facing services experience, plus expertise across operating systems, networking, cloud, web, container, or industrial control security.

Leads global Technical Excellence and Escalations teams within Technical Support. Owns escalation processes, supportability improvements, Product and Engineering feedback loops, severity standards, SLAs, root-cause actions, reporting, and prevention initiatives. Develops senior technical talent across global regions, coordinates critical customer escalations, influences product priorities with data, and drives AI adoption in support workflows. Requires strong enterprise software security expertise, technical credibility, cross-functional influence, and experience managing distributed teams.
