Work on backend engineering tasks, including API development and data manipulation in an Agile environment, integrating AI for threat detection.

Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-sized SaaS customers by driving renewals, expansion, onboarding, adoption, satisfaction, and long-term relationships. Forecast and achieve revenue targets, identify expansion opportunities, address customer concerns, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate with territory managers and sales engineers. The role requires strong communication, objection handling, time management, and experience selling subscription-based solutions.

Provide high-touch global IT support across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, applications, networks, and conferencing systems. Support executives and remote employees, onboard and train new hires, maintain endpoint security and vulnerability remediation, manage hardware lifecycles, and troubleshoot office infrastructure. Use JAMF, BigFix, ServiceNow, Apple Business Manager, and AI tools to improve efficiency. Collaborate with InfoSec, Networking, and Systems Operations teams and participate in internal IT projects.
