Support Private Travel sales team by managing member enquiries, preparing sales documents and proposals, maintaining records in TEN Maid and TTS, coordinating logistics with operations, and delivering high-touch service to UHNW and VIP clients. Assist with sales collateral, market research, and issue resolution during travel to ensure luxury standards and strong member relationships.

Work directly with the CEO as Chief of Staff for six months in London, then relocate to lead North America Business Development. Drive enterprise sales to banks, wealth managers and Fortune 500s, build GTM and value-based selling processes, close multi-year $1M+ deals, partner across product and marketing, manage CEO projects, and recruit and develop sales teams while owning regional strategy and some P&L accountability.
