Lead market strategy and commercial execution across LAC: identify opportunities, build regional partnerships, shape proposition and product roadmaps, drive launches and revenue, and advise stakeholders with market insights to grow member engagement and commercial outcomes.

Provide reporting, forecasting, and analytical support to Account Managers: maintain revenue and forecast files, produce recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards, prepare executive presentations and governance materials, consolidate data from multiple systems, validate client communications, and drive process and reporting improvements across cross-functional teams.

Advise German- and English-speaking premium clients on luxury travel by phone and email. Manage inquiries from quotations through billing, make airline and hotel reservations using GDS systems, and create tailored offers, travel documents, and itineraries. Promote exclusive travel offers while delivering highly personalized service. The role requires strong global destination knowledge, several years of travel-industry experience, C2 German and English, schedule flexibility, and legal authorization to work in South Africa without sponsorship.
