Coordinates order execution from scheduling through delivery and invoicing. Monitors backorders, maintains accurate ERP and tracking-system records, resolves order holds, delivery discrepancies, and invoicing issues, and communicates proactively with Sales, customers, and manufacturing. Provides delivery schedules, questionnaires, and Bills of Lading while ensuring orders are accurately completed and closed.

Manages purchasing, material availability, production planning, scheduling, purchase orders, supplier contracts, inventory disposition, and workflow coordination for mattress and pillow manufacturing. Analyzes market conditions, plant capacity, production requirements, and delivery timelines to ensure materials and manufacturing operations support customer orders and shipping dates.

Supports HR programs including HRIS, compensation, leave and benefits administration, talent recruitment, compliance, payroll-related processes, and reporting. Provides guidance on HR systems and processes, troubleshoots issues, maintains employee data confidentiality, supports HR leaders with workforce information, and assists with data and workflow management projects.
