Supports bedding production by operating sewing and material-handling equipment, moving and supplying components, sorting and verifying materials, labeling and packing finished goods, maintaining a clean work area, and performing quality inspections. The role requires meeting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, working overtime and occasional Saturdays, and maintaining reliable attendance.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, and financial reporting in partnership with department leaders and accounting. Manages and develops FP&A team members, provides insights to improve margins and operational performance, and drives improvements to planning processes, reporting tools, data quality, and financial systems.
