Support finance reporting and analytics by using Power BI and OneStream, validating and documenting data, partnering with IT/BI, assisting training and process improvements, analyzing trends and variances, and supporting cross-functional analytic projects and deliverables.

Represent Tempur Sealy brands in a retail/promotional setting, engage customers, promote products, and help customers find appropriate sleep solutions while supporting sales objectives.

Provide exceptional customer service and sell Tempur-Pedic products; assist store management (open/close, supervise, train), support merchandising and company programs, resolve team issues, and perform general retail duties as assigned.
