Supervise and coordinate a production department team to meet production, quality, and safety goals. Manage time and production records, train and coach on SOPs and safe work practices, control scrap and waste, address attendance and performance, recommend process improvements, and maintain employee morale.

Supervise accounting coordinators and staff accountants, oversee daily accounting operations, ensure adherence to accounting policies, provide training and oversight, maintain financial reporting systems to meet executive management needs, and perform other assigned duties.

Operate an industrial sewing machine to join mattress side borders to bottom panels, guide fabric through the machine, and hang finished units on carts. Perform continuous standing, manual handling, repetitive hand/foot actions, and occasional lifting of supply rolls up to 25 pounds.
