General production/warehouse helper supporting manufacturing operations: material handling, basic assembly, equipment support, cleaning, and following safety and quality procedures. Works under supervision to assist production teams and maintain workflow.

Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for North America chemicals (polyurethanes) to ensure continuity of supply, cost savings, contract negotiations, risk mitigation, new product launches, and cross-functional collaboration. Manage a NA chemicals team, supplier performance, category analytics, and supplier certification while supporting global alignment and reporting.

Provide exceptional customer service while selling Tempur-Pedic products, assist and cover for the Store Manager (open/close, management duties), lead and train sales staff, support merchandising and company programs, resolve store and team issues, and perform all retail sales associate duties.
