Manages automation projects and programs, maintains and troubleshoots PLC, HMI, SCADA, reporting, HVAC, and energy management systems, and performs service calls. The role develops and modifies control logic across Allen Bradley and Siemens platforms, configures intelligent I/O and communications hardware, applies Lean and Six Sigma principles, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Provides accounting and finance support across Australia and New Zealand, including accounts payable, reconciliations, month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, commercial analysis, tax compliance, audit preparation, and process improvement. The role supports financial controls, management reporting, variance analysis, supplier payments, statutory obligations, and collaboration with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. It is designed for a recent accounting graduate or an early-stage CPA or CA candidate.

Provide exceptional customer service and sell Tempur-Pedic products. Assist and act in management absence (open/close, merchandising, team leadership), train and coach staff, follow retail policies and procedures, maintain store appearance, and perform other assigned duties to meet store performance goals.
