Provide exceptional customer service and consultative sales of Tempur-Pedic products, support store management in the manager's absence, assist merchandising, train and lead sales staff, and maintain store standards and operations.

Manage and oversee a production department and team to meet production, quality, and safety goals. Track production, scrap, inventory, downtime and lot traceability in Dynamics AX. Lead continuous improvement, downtime/root cause analysis, 5S/Lean initiatives, and coach team members while resolving conflicts and maintaining records.

Manage marketing-driven ecommerce initiatives for Tempur Sealy brands: maintain product mix and promotions via CMS, perform site QA, build HTML marketing emails, manipulate creative assets, run ESP campaigns, produce Excel-based reports, support order triage, and collaborate with internal teams and third-party developers to improve ecommerce experience.
