Temporal Technologies Benefits Overview

Manage international People Operations tasks including onboarding, leave administration, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle changes. Support employees across regions, build scalable processes for new countries/entities, partner with vendors, maintain People systems and records, and assist with compliance, training, and audits to ensure consistent global operations.

Serve as primary contact for EMEA customers to activate, expand, and grow usage of Temporal Cloud. Drive pipeline, quota attainment, and account programs; collaborate with marketing, startup and self-signup teams to identify ICPs, implement new logos, and productionize use cases. Build strong customer relationships and champion adoption.

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the software development lifecycle for observability systems, collaborate on designs, implement solutions, and enhance Temporal's infrastructure and user experience.
