Build and lead Tempo’s federal policy and government relations function. Develop relationships with Congress, regulators, industry coalitions, and trade associations; shape stablecoin, payments, digital asset, AI, and agentic commerce policy; analyze legislative and regulatory developments; produce policy materials; advise leadership and product teams; and manage external lobbying consultants.

Own the full enterprise and ecosystem partner journey, supporting pre-sales solution design, onboarding, post-launch success, technical escalations, health metrics, QBRs, and expansion. Build scalable customer-success playbooks, coordinate with engineering and product, support validators and integrators, and translate partner feedback into product and go-to-market priorities.

The IT Systems Engineer will architect and maintain Tempo's IT infrastructure, focusing on identity management, endpoint security, and automation, ensuring efficient provisioning and compliance.
