Provide one-to-one career coaching for MiM and recent alumni, manage the MiM internship program (sourcing employers, placements, logistics), maintain employer relationships, track internship outcomes in Suitable and Slate, teach/co-teach career development courses, support events and admissions, and supervise student workers.

Lead Temple University's Drupal-based web strategy, governance, UX, SEO/GEO, analytics, accessibility, and platform development. Oversee a multidisciplinary web team, vendor relationships, and cross-campus partnerships to improve engagement, recruitment, conversions, and long-term platform scalability.

Provide HR administrative support including maintaining personnel records, reviewing timesheets and leave requests, administering time-off and LOA records, assisting onboarding/offboarding and payments, issuing employee certificates, and responding to walk-in HR inquiries. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and collaborate with supervisors and HR team to support faculty and staff.
