Supports Academic English Program administration, including student applications, tuition payments, records, invoices, inquiries, classroom reservations, and teaching assistant coordination. Plans events, orientations, and logistics while promoting programs through social media, websites, brochures, and information sessions. Communicates with students, instructors, staff, parents, and partner educational institutions, maintains program data, and recommends improvements.

Coordinates recruitment and admissions for the Master in Management program, including prospective student engagement, application tracking, interviews, CRM and data management, marketing communications, website updates, and recruiting events. Leads student success activities, supports international student onboarding, manages event budgets, analyzes recruitment data, and collaborates with university departments, faculty, alumni, students, and external partners to improve program growth and the student experience.

Leads social media storytelling for the university by planning, producing, editing, scheduling, and publishing short-form video and other content. Manages Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms; monitors engagement, comments, messages, trends, and analytics; mentors student creators; supports community growth; and captures live photo and video coverage at campus events, including occasional evenings and weekends.
