Lead and refine game designs across single‑player and multiplayer, coordinate with directors and producers on scope and schedule, manage level creation, iterate through development and post‑release, balance gameplay, mentor designers, establish best practices, and drive process improvements.

Write core narrative, character arcs, branching dialogue, quests, and ancillary text. Collaborate with designers, artists, and programmers to integrate story with gameplay, iterate from playtests, and maintain narrative documentation and style guides.

Manage and grow social channels and an active Discord community, create and repurpose content, support backer communications, run newsletters, coordinate content production and event support, and assist marketing efforts for the studio and game.

Lead Gameplay Programmer drives technical vision and implements core gameplay systems from concept through launch and live support. Collaborates with design and art, architects scalable gameplay code, optimizes performance, mentors engineers, plans and prioritizes features, identifies technical risks, and contributes to the project roadmap.
