Manage and grow residential and commercial trade accounts for Temperzone and Hitachi. Develop territory and sales plans, provide technical sales support and quotations, conduct face-to-face customer visits, liaise with Tasmanian distributors, collaborate with internal teams, and monitor competitor and market pricing to drive sales and retention.

Lead and support the Spares, Receiving & Stores team to meet KPIs; process orders; coordinate pick/pack/ship, stock movements and cycle counts; operate forklifts and pallet jacks; ensure WHS compliance; train staff and liaise with Production, Customer Service, Purchasing and Inventory Control.

Lead and optimise manufacturing operations including machinery oversight, team leadership, quality control, process improvements, production scheduling, energy monitoring, prototype builds, and ERP data maintenance to meet production targets and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
