Manages and grows sales within a designated territory by developing customer relationships, acquiring new business, selling HVAC and related products, analyzing sales performance, monitoring competitors, conducting product training, attending industry events, and preparing reports. The role requires frequent in-person visits to assigned accounts, with local travel throughout the territory and limited overnight travel.

Provides technical and application assistance for HVAC products, prepares proposals, submittals, and order documentation, supports outside sales, and assists customers and employees with equipment applications. The role combines HVAC engineering knowledge with inside sales responsibilities and offers product training, bonus potential, and advancement opportunities.

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets and ROI tracking, perform market research and analytics, coordinate with sales, vendors, and manufacturers, lead product launches and events, and drive customer-focused programs including loyalty, lead generation, and co-op/OEM integrations. Frequent cross-functional leadership and travel required.
