The Safety Specialist develops and maintains company health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple sites and states. Responsibilities include OSHA compliance, risk assessments, inspections, incident investigations, corrective actions, safety records, drug and alcohol testing administration, and employee safety training. The role is based in Lansing, Illinois and requires travel to company locations in seven states up to 80% of the time.

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets and ROI tracking, perform market research and analytics, coordinate with sales, vendors, and manufacturers, lead product launches and events, and drive customer-focused programs including loyalty, lead generation, and co-op/OEM integrations. Frequent cross-functional leadership and travel required.

Build and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data marts by learning ERP schemas, writing complex T-SQL queries/stored procedures, validating results, and collaborating with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions using Power BI and related tools.
