Lead end-to-end senior engineering hires (Senior Staff/Principal) through sourcing, assessment and offers. Build proactive passive pipelines, refine role specs with managers, maintain hiring bar, improve processes with data, and apply AI to increase velocity while preserving human judgment.

Interim Fractional CFO (6 months, 3 days/week) owning capital strategy, investor relations, funding readiness, US entity operational set-up, ERP integration, audit and tax preparation, revenue and platform growth strategy, and leaving finance systems and reporting ready for a permanent CFO.

Lead product marketing and growth for the Sell side (renewable generators). Own positioning, launches, demand generation, and marketing-sourced pipeline (measured in GWh). Run campaigns, events, experiments, and enable sales with materials and attribution. Build and coach a small AI-native marketing function, design scalable workflows, and work closely with origination/sales.
