Translate manual processes into production-grade agents and integrations (Claude/Codex, n8n, APIs), ship via GitHub/AWS, perform evals and manual QA, monitor production, and measure hours reclaimed. Partner with domain leads across operational engines and iterate on real operational feedback.

Lead delivery of core support improvement projects (AHT reduction, phone rollout, complaints process), track support metrics, build automations, manage and coach a small support team, and handle complex second-line cases to maintain high service standards.

Manage 20–30 channel partners across onboarding, pipeline development, deal acceleration, and renewals. Own full sales lifecycle for broker-sourced opportunities, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, share market feedback, and represent the company professionally to grow RED adoption and GWh closed.
