Teams at TEM Network

Support daily operations across departments including Client Solutions, Communications, Production, Operations, and Finance. Assist with project management, data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and creative initiatives. Participate in training and workshops, collaborate on ongoing projects, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced marketing communications environment.

Drive sales growth by identifying prospective clients, preparing proposals, leading negotiations, managing the sales cycle, and maintaining CRM pipelines. Build long-term client relationships, research new industries and sponsorship opportunities, attend networking events, coordinate with internal teams, and provide sales forecasts and strategic insights. The role is hybrid in Istanbul with 10–15% domestic and international travel.
