Manage a portfolio of up to 20 strategic clients, building executive relationships, driving renewals, retention, upsell and cross-sell growth. Lead success planning, business reviews and value realization discussions; interpret utilization and engagement data into actionable recommendations; introduce innovative wellbeing solutions; collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations and Clinical teams; and maintain account plans, forecasts and success metrics.
