Leads strategic relationships with large enterprise clients receiving Canadian retirement and benefits outsourcing services. Drives post-sale delivery, client satisfaction, retention, renewals, contract management, profitability, and upsell growth. Coordinates internal stakeholders, sponsors project activities, manages risks, ensures contractual service levels, and provides industry insights. Requires extensive benefits program delivery and client management experience, including knowledge of retirement, pension, benefits, and regulatory requirements. Travel within Canada is required.

Manage and grow enterprise partner relationships, build executive-level trust, drive customer engagement and wellness outcomes, analyze performance reporting, resolve escalations, support profitable contract delivery, collaborate with Sales and implementation teams, contribute to proposals and re-tendering, negotiate contracts, and guide associate account managers.

Lead requirements gathering, document business and operational needs, map processes across pension, payroll and finance systems, collaborate with architects and developers, define testing scope, support QA, redesign reports/communications, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure successful pension and benefits implementations.
