Generates and qualifies outbound B2B sales opportunities for TELUS Consumer Goods SaaS and AI solutions. Conducts prospecting, discovery calls, and BANT qualification across foodservice and retail CPG markets. Maintains Salesforce records, coordinates lead handoffs to Account Executives, supports campaigns and events, and collaborates with Marketing and Product Management to improve messaging, qualification, and pipeline conversion.

Provide first-line customer support and onboarding for Agrian SaaS and mobile platforms. Manage CRM records, conduct webinars and trainings, assist with data migrations, collaborate with account teams on enhancements, and resolve time-sensitive customer issues to drive adoption and retention.
