Leads and mentors an Embedded Linux application development team, oversees hiring and employee growth, defines project goals, manages risks and resources, and coordinates cross-functional delivery. The role focuses on device communication integrations with third-party hardware and RutOS applications, process improvement, system performance, product quality, customer requirements, and technical reporting. Experience with OpenWRT, RutOS, and industrial protocols such as Modbus is preferred.

Owns growth and performance across five Australian distribution accounts exceeding €10M annually. Responsibilities include achieving account targets, driving sell-out growth, activating resellers, coordinating sales teams, enabling partners, managing forecasts and stock health, maintaining reporting, collecting payments, and providing market intelligence. The role requires technical hardware channel experience, distributor economics expertise, target ownership, resilience, Sydney residency or relocation, interstate travel, and Australian work rights.
