Define vision, roadmap, KPIs, and prioritised backlogs; shape scalable cloud and software‑defined solutions; partner with engineering, cyber, data, legal and commercial teams to ensure resilience, observability, regulatory readiness and measurable risk reduction.

Consultatively sell Telstra business products and technology solutions to B2B customers. Provide technical guidance, develop multi-product proposals, identify revenue opportunities, support account managers, engage cross-functional teams, and meet individual and team sales KPIs.

Operate and maintain network elements across PoPs, data centers and cable landing stations. Perform installation, commissioning, testing, provisioning, fault resolution, cross-connects, environmental system oversight, ticket management and 24/7 standby level 1/2 support. Liaise with internal teams, customers and suppliers and keep accurate records and audits.
