Manage a portfolio of small and medium business customers, developing relationships, improving satisfaction, driving retention and sales, handling inbound and outbound sales and service interactions, resolving issues, identifying leads, maintaining account plans, meeting revenue and customer KPIs, and building knowledge of Telstra’s technology products and solutions.

Provides strategic cybersecurity advisory and technical leadership across enterprise security assurance engagements. Leads security assessments, risk reviews, governance improvements, and security-by-design initiatives; develops standards, procedures, guidance, templates, and playbooks; advises technical and business stakeholders on controls and risk treatment; promotes security awareness; and uses metrics to improve cybersecurity processes and stakeholder outcomes.

Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities, including end-to-end go-to-market and RFx events. Conduct market research, industry analysis, spend analysis, and spend management to identify value opportunities. Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, manage multiple initiatives, and partner with stakeholders across the organization. Support category management, supplier relationships, contract lifecycle activities, and commercial procurement outcomes in a complex global environment.
