Design, build, operate, and evolve backend services supporting WebRTC and Voice SDK products. Own authentication, token management, proxying, push notifications, RTC DNS, and diagnostic systems. Improve reliability, scalability, observability, deployment safety, and production support for distributed, real-time services. Diagnose issues across backend, networking, and infrastructure layers while collaborating with mobile, JavaScript, and infrastructure engineering teams.

Build and deploy production AI and communications solutions for enterprise customers across EMEA. Responsibilities include architecting integrations, deploying LLM infrastructure and AI voice applications, building RAG pipelines, operating Kubernetes services, troubleshooting APIs and real-time communications systems, and leading projects from discovery through production launch. The role also owns customer outcomes, creates technical documentation, and addresses data residency, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Embed with enterprise customers to design, build, deploy, and troubleshoot production communications systems using Telnyx APIs, AI voice, messaging, wireless, SIP, and WebRTC. Lead POCs through production launches, own customer outcomes, document solutions, resolve complex integrations, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap improvements. Travel 10–30% to customer sites for deployments, workshops, and escalations.
