Build and operate AI-native backend services that orchestrate multi-step, stateful LLM agents for GTM workflows. Design model-agnostic abstractions, integrate external systems, deploy containerized services on Kubernetes, ensure observability, and run experiments to measure effectiveness.

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining APIs and systems for Telnyx's mobile network infrastructure, while also debugging production issues and improving engineering standards.

Operate and maintain Telnyx's global IP backbone: bring new PoPs into production, manage BGP/IGP/MPLS/Segment Routing/EVPN, handle peering/transit and optics, run capacity changes and troubleshooting, and build AI-driven automation and validation tooling to reduce toil.
