Conduct daily physical inventory and cycle counts, compare warehouse bin contents with WMS records, investigate and resolve discrepancies, adjust inventory transactions, and prepare reports for operations management. The role also requires using Excel and handheld scanners, operating Raymond powered industrial equipment, assisting with training, and performing repetitive lifting, bending, and standing.

Manages daily warehouse and facility operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, inventory control, RMA processing, capacity planning, KPI tracking, and SLA performance. Leads process standardization, safety initiatives, customer relationships, staffing, training, scheduling, and corrective actions. Analyzes data to generate reports, coordinates operational activities, approves overtime and purchases, and supports continuous improvement and service delivery.

Leads the development, implementation, and measurement of employee training programs focused on warehouse operations. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, creating course materials, managing documentation, leading onboarding and training sessions, maintaining training resources, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement. The role works onsite in a warehouse environment, collaborates with leadership and stakeholders, and may require less than 25% travel.
