Own end-to-end acquisition for Tellos by identifying scalable channels, building and optimizing growth loops, improving funnel conversion, and reducing acquisition costs. Responsibilities include local SEO, paid acquisition, referral partnerships, landing pages, intake flows, weekly experimentation, and growth scorecard ownership. The role partners with operations to ensure lead quality, smooth intake, and sustainable demand across markets.

Owns product development end to end by researching user problems, defining solutions, designing interfaces and prototypes in Figma, building production-ready React experiences, and iterating based on user behavior. The role combines product management, UX and visual design, and frontend engineering while improving workflows, component quality, responsiveness, accessibility of interactions, and design consistency.

Provide one-on-one, play-based behavioral support to a child with autism in the home. Help develop communication, social, and daily-living skills; follow a BCBA-designed treatment plan; document session progress; and receive ongoing coaching. The employer provides paid RBT training and certification support. The part-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 3–6 p.m., in Buxton, NC.

Independent BCBAs manage clinical care, schedule flexibility, and caseload volume with backend admin support provided by Tellos, while ensuring quality outcomes for clients through assessments and data analysis.
