Leads onboarding and optimization of imaging sites using Telix radiopharmaceuticals. Supports product launches, healthcare professional education, site engagement, competitive intelligence, cross-functional initiatives, and compliance. The role requires nuclear medicine expertise, advanced oncologic PET/CT experience, radiopharmaceutical knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% within an assigned Southeast geography.

Develops, validates, transfers, and executes radiochemistry processes for radiopharmaceutical products in a GMP environment. Authors and reviews SOPs, batch records, protocols, reports, deviations, change controls, and validation documentation. Performs radiochemical synthesis and analytical testing using HPLC, GC, TLC, mass spectrometry, and gamma spectroscopy. Supports manufacturing, QC, QA, regulatory submissions, root-cause investigations, radiation safety, and compliance with USP <823> and applicable GMP standards.

Provide operational People & Culture support for HRIS, integrations, data integrity, and employee lifecycle transactions. Troubleshoot systems, perform data reconciliation, support audits (including SOX), maintain SOPs, enable continuous improvement, and serve as a primary service desk contact for employees and managers.
