Owns full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance, partnering with hiring managers to source, assess, and hire talent. Manages candidate experience, ATS workflows, requisitions, reporting, recruiting metrics, and offer processes. Builds stakeholder relationships, improves recruiting operations, and supports employer branding, hiring events, global recruiting, and process-scaling initiatives.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles, partnering with hiring managers on sourcing, interviews, offers, and candidate experience. Manage requisitions and pipelines in ATS platforms, track recruiting KPIs, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and improve scalable hiring processes. The role also supports employer branding, hiring events, global recruiting initiatives, and cross-functional talent acquisition projects in a fast-growing robotics and AI company.

Partner with managers across the organization on performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, retention, and organizational development. Maintain accurate HR data, analyze workforce trends, deliver manager training, support onboarding and engagement initiatives, and provide actionable people insights. The role also handles confidential employee matters and internal communications in Japanese and English while helping establish scalable HR processes across group companies.
