Lead end-to-end robotics hardware development, resolving ambiguous technical problems through first-principles analysis, prototyping, experimentation, and physical validation. Own mechanical system architecture, interfaces, reliability, manufacturability, assembly, and ongoing operation. Provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software teams while mentoring engineers and coordinating suppliers. Perform hands-on design, assembly, evaluation, failure analysis, and technical decision-making for complex robot systems.

Develop real-time motion-control software for robotic manipulators, including inverse kinematics, collision avoidance, trajectory generation, time parameterization, compliance control, actuator integration, and ROS2-based systems. Build production-ready robotics software and simulation environments using MoveIt and Gazebo. The role requires advanced C++ development on Linux, robotics control theory, motor-control expertise, and integration of industrial communication protocols.

Develop and deploy motion planning, trajectory generation, and advanced control algorithms for autonomous guided forklifts and mobile robots. Responsibilities include global and local planning, MPC, trajectory tracking, obstacle avoidance, collision checking, localization and perception integration, ROS/ROS2 navigation software, simulation, physical robot testing, debugging, and real-time optimization. The role requires diagnosing planning, control, kinematic, localization, and actuation issues and taking algorithms from concept through reliable real-world deployment.
