Design and execute release test cases and automation for robotics application stacks (tablet apps, operator tools, dashboards, backend services). Build CI/CD validation, QA tools, and log-analysis utilities; triage field issues into tests or docs. Coordinate releases with Engineering, Product, Operations, and support teams while maintaining operational documentation and tracking quality metrics.

Lead end-to-end hiring for assigned roles: partner with hiring managers, source and engage candidates, manage ATS and pipelines, ensure excellent candidate experience, report recruiting KPIs, and drive process improvements and TA initiatives.

Build and maintain frontend GUIs for logistics and robot operation: logistics operation app, robot operation app, operation management web app, and on-robot GUI. Gather requirements, design UI/UX, implement interfaces, test with robots and warehouse environments, and improve software lifecycle from development through release and maintenance.
