Lead the strategy, architecture, engineering, deployment, and lifecycle management of robotics software for manipulator robots and automated forklifts. Own requirements, safety-certified architecture, motion and path planning, perception, ROS 2 control stacks, fleet management, cloud integration, testing, production scaling, budgets, supplier strategy, and cross-functional execution. Build and manage multidisciplinary teams while contributing deeply to robotics software and systems engineering.

Develop and integrate robotics automation systems for logistics warehouses, combining custom manipulators, mobile robots, cloud components, and human interfaces. Build scalable C++ and ROS2 software architectures, perception and motion-control algorithms, and hardware-software integrations. Analyze operational data, deploy stable systems, debug issues, and continuously improve performance. The role requires broad robotics expertise across control, perception, software engineering, network communication, and real-world robot deployment, with potential technical leadership responsibilities.

Develop real-time motion control software for robotic manipulators, including inverse kinematics, collision avoidance, compliance control, actuator drivers, and ROS2 integration. Build and integrate production-ready robot control software, simulate robotic systems in Gazebo, and debug issues through experiments and metrics. The role requires advanced C++, robotics control theory, MoveIt, motor control, and collaborative product development skills.
