Owns marketing campaign program management, multimedia content production, brand governance, AI-assisted creative workflows, and production operations. Manages calendars, briefs, approvals, agencies, vendors, events, sales enablement content, customer stories, digital assets, social creative, video, and web assets. Partners with Marketing, Product, Sales, executives, and external resources to maintain brand consistency, support launches, and improve creative delivery speed and quality.

Provides post-sales technical support for Telestream’s DIVA content management and video archive platform. Troubleshoots software, databases, storage, tape libraries, cloud systems, networks, integrations, and media workflows across Windows and Linux environments. Manages customer cases, SLAs, escalations, documentation, and engineering collaboration using Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence. Participates in global on-call support and contributes to knowledge-base content and customer advocacy.
