Conduct predominantly inside B2B telephone sales, build and maintain customer relationships, identify customer needs, present solutions, prepare quotations and orders, track sales activities, perform cold outreach, and meet monthly sales expectations. The role also includes customer visits, trade shows, market and competitor research, customer profile management, and ongoing product and sales process education. Periodic travel and occasional work outside normal business hours are required.

Designs mechanical and electromechanical products and subsystems for industrial and commercial applications. Responsibilities include researching designs, analyzing feasibility and performance, preparing product and production documentation, developing inspection and testing protocols, supporting manufacturing and service teams, and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance. The role works across an office, manufacturing floor, and engineering lab, with occasional travel and potential work outside standard hours.
