Telesat Benefits Overview

Monitor and control Telesat-operated satellites, perform scheduled and unscheduled operations, analyze telemetry for anomalies, execute and schedule orbit/attitude maneuvers, validate control systems, report discrepancies, maintain documentation, and support ground control equipment and software. Coordinate with Flight Dynamics, Satellite Engineering and customer teams while maintaining proficiency with computer systems and custom analysis tools.

Develop, edit, maintain, and govern technical documentation for satellite user terminal engineering products. Translate complex engineering information into clear requirements, design, verification, installation, and service documents. Coordinate reviews, stakeholder feedback, version control, configuration management, and requirements traceability. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, suppliers, and subject matter experts while improving documentation standards, workflows, reuse, automation, and content organization.

Develop and support Workday Finance systems, including configuration, security, reporting, integrations, APIs, data operations, SQL analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and user support. Manage Workday environments and releases while building integrations with external systems. Support finance and HCM processes, advanced reporting, and data pipelines. Exposure to Workday AI Agents, AI Gateway, Power BI, Databricks, and agentic workflows is advantageous. The role requires Canadian work eligibility and clearance under the Controlled Goods program.
