Develop and execute Commercial AI strategy by identifying high-value use cases, shaping roadmaps, and driving analytical projects from ideation through implementation and measurable business impact. The role bridges commercial stakeholders, data scientists, and leadership, with a focus on marketing campaign optimization, customer profiling, segmentation, pricing, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and communicating AI opportunities and outcomes.

Design end-to-end application architectures that align with Telenets strategy. Translate business needs into solutions, transformation roadmaps, and architecture deliverables; lead application modernization, TCO analysis, proofs of concept, and MVP definition while collaborating across product, technology, and customer operations teams.

Drives continuous improvement of business and technical processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction. Defines KPIs, analyzes process flows and root causes, develops solutions and business cases, assesses organizational impact, and presents recommendations. Leads implementation, stakeholder coordination, training, and behavior change across teams. Requires strong business and industry expertise, Lean process improvement knowledge, analytical and problem-solving ability, stakeholder management, project and change leadership, communication, coaching, and collaboration skills.
