Investment Manager responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. The role leads financial modeling, valuation, business-case development, due diligence, deal negotiations, senior-level investment recommendations, post-transaction integration, and active portfolio management. Requires strong M&A or corporate finance experience, analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with internal stakeholders, advisors, executives, and portfolio company boards.
