Manage and grow an enterprise customer portfolio, achieving sales, revenue, and profit targets. The role involves building customer and vendor relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, managing deals through completion, preparing pricing and margin proposals, presenting to customers, maintaining Salesforce data, and coordinating with purchasing, finance, PMO, and delivery teams. Travel across the UK may be required.

Owns the strategic architecture, administration, security, governance, integrations, automation, reporting, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Atlassian platform, primarily Jira and Confluence. Translates business requirements into scalable solutions, supports secure and compliant operations, manages platform performance and releases, and collaborates with technical teams, business leaders, and end users. The role requires UK Security Check clearance or eligibility.

Leads end-to-end cloud solution architecture across Azure and AWS, covering migrations, modernization, landing zones, platforms, security, governance, and cloud-native environments. Owns architecture for customer opportunities, bids, RFPs, and delivery engagements; produces design documentation, leads workshops and reviews, assures implementation quality, and manages risks. Partners with engineering and delivery teams, develops reusable standards and blueprints, and mentors other architects.
