Provide end-to-end support for Dynamics 365 F&SCM (Supply Chain and Advanced Warehousing), troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborate with technical teams and Microsoft, support releases and go-lives, recommend system enhancements, maintain SLAs, documentation, and drive continuous improvement.

Prepare and review monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition and lease accounting (IFRS). Supervise purchase ledger, manage intercompany reconciliations, coordinate external audit, support internal controls, and act as Microsoft Dynamics superuser while providing technical accounting and reporting support across the finance function.

Responsible for monthly management accounts, supervising purchase ledger, Dynamics superuser duties, technical accounting (IFRS, lease accounting, revenue recognition), balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, coordinating external audits, supporting internal controls, group reporting, and finance improvement projects.
