Serves as the first point of contact for customers reporting IT issues. Responsibilities include answering calls and queries, logging detailed tickets, resolving basic incidents where possible, proactively addressing customer needs, and maintaining excellent customer service through telephone, email, and customer portal interactions.

Lead customer-facing FinOps engagements across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Identify and implement cloud cost optimization opportunities, quantify savings, develop FinOps maturity roadmaps, deliver workshops and reports, and advise stakeholders on cloud financial management, governance, and operating models. Collaborate with pre-sales, professional services, and managed services teams to deliver measurable cloud efficiency and financial outcomes.

Provides administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, leavers, absence, benefits, references, employee records, compliance, reporting, and annual People processes. Maintains accurate HR system data, handles confidential information, supports audits and policy administration, responds to employee and manager queries, and contributes to People projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
