Negotiates, structures, administers, and reviews contracts with customers, vendors, partners, and subcontractors. Ensures compliance with company policies, government specifications, and contractual requirements; prepares bids and supporting documentation; evaluates proposals; manages amendments, databases, correspondence, and contractor relationships; and advises internal departments on contractual rights and obligations.

Supervise Quality Control Technicians and oversee inspections, measurements, testing, calibration, quality data analysis, SPC, CAPA, and root-cause investigations. Ensure components comply with engineering specifications, customer requirements, ISO standards, and quality management systems. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to improve processes and product quality while mentoring technicians and driving continuous improvement.

Supports low-volume, high-mix manufacturing through work instruction development, process validation, production training, continuous improvement, manufacturability reviews, prototype builds, and corrective actions. The role develops assembly processes, investigates fabrication and test issues, performs value-engineering studies, reduces waste and costs, and embeds safety requirements into manufacturing procedures.
