Leads technical sales growth for ADCP and DVL products, supporting global sales teams, key customer accounts, opportunity pipelines, strategic planning, market expansion, product training, and promotional activities. Analyzes regional performance, mentors customer service staff, develops business plans, and provides market feedback. Requires marine, subsea, or navigation sales expertise, technical customer advisory experience, people leadership, and up to 50% domestic and international travel.

Develops and optimizes manufacturing processes for high-reliability subsea cable and connector assemblies. Responsibilities include creating process documentation, supporting molding, potting, soldering, testing, and inspection, improving throughput and yield through Lean and Six Sigma, resolving quality issues, designing fixtures and tooling, supporting new product introduction and validation, training production teams, and maintaining compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

Coordinate quality, health, safety, and environmental activities across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include risk assessments, audits, ISO certification support, regulatory compliance, supplier and customer audits, non-conformance resolution, incident investigations, root cause analysis, facilities support, and QHSE guidance for projects and employees.
