Hands-on Manufacturing Engineer supporting low-volume, high-mix production through work instruction development, process validation, machining and assembly support, troubleshooting, design-for-manufacturability reviews, and continuous improvement. The role develops process controls, trains production personnel, leads corrective actions, supports CNC and manual machining, evaluates fixtures and tooling, conducts value-engineering studies, and collaborates with operations, quality, planning, and engineering teams.

Drive business development and revenue growth for imaging and sensor solutions in Japan. Identify market leaders, analyze market opportunities, develop and execute business development plans, build executive-level customer relationships, create tailored solutions, support design-in and solution-selling activities, manage the Salesforce.com pipeline, and achieve booking targets. The role requires deep knowledge of Japan’s business environment, strong commercial and technical expertise in imaging, fluent English and German, and travel exceeding 50% within Japan.
