Lead Teldio’s marketing strategy, brand, content, website, SEO, digital campaigns, analytics, social, partner marketing, events, and sales enablement. Manage and coach a small team while personally producing written, visual, and video content. Own the company’s digital footprint, technical marketing systems, AI-enabled workflows, and internal tools supporting global growth and expansion. The role is fully in-office in Ottawa and requires a hands-on, technically capable marketing leader.

Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware integrating two-way radios, VMS, access control, networks, and I/O. Guide installs, upgrades, reproduce and document issues, maintain support records and knowledgebase, and escalate bugs to Engineering while collaborating with Sales, QA, and Operations to optimize deployments and customer experience.
