Lead Telcoin Mexico’s compliance and regulatory operations, including financial institution licensing, AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting, and regulator engagement. Build and maintain the local compliance framework, coordinate audits and inspections, and translate Mexican regulatory requirements into product and operational processes. Partner with the Country Manager and global teams on banking, vendor, licensing, and business-launch initiatives.

Lead Telcoin Europe’s regional strategy and operations in Vilnius, driving commercial growth, regulatory compliance (EU payments and crypto), banking partnerships, product development for payments and digital assets, and reporting to the Board.

Lead enterprise risk management across Europe, build ERM framework and risk appetite, oversee financial, operational, technology, cyber and digital-asset risks, ensure compliance with PSD2/PSD3, MiCA, DORA, AML/CTF, GDPR and EMI rules, advise executives and Board, run ICAAP/ILAAP and stress testing, and liaise with regulators and external stakeholders.
