Lead Telcoin Europe’s regional strategy and operations in Vilnius, driving commercial growth, regulatory compliance (EU payments and crypto), banking partnerships, product development for payments and digital assets, and reporting to the Board.

Own Australian AML/CTF compliance for Telcoin Pty Ltd, serving as the primary AUSTRAC contact. Responsibilities include maintaining registrations, AML/CTF programs, risk assessments, customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions compliance, regulatory reporting, training, board reporting, privacy compliance, corporate governance, ASIC licensing readiness, contract reviews, and remediation. The role requires deep Australian financial services, fintech, digital asset, and regulatory compliance expertise.

Leads the bank’s BSA/AML, CFT, OFAC sanctions, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, investigations, regulatory reporting, and digital-asset compliance programs. Reports to the Board, manages regulatory examinations and remediation, oversees blockchain analytics and Travel Rule controls, builds the compliance team, manages vendors and budget, and partners with Product and Engineering to embed controls across stablecoin, custody, and payment operations.
