Leads a managed-services engineering team supporting multi-tenant Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, Google Workspace, and database environments. Oversees Tier 3 escalations, incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, change validation, configuration management, SLA performance, automation, and technical backlog improvement. Partners with Professional Services on operational readiness, project handovers, and hypercare, represents technical teams in client reviews, and develops training and documentation to improve shift-left support capabilities.

The Senior People Partner will oversee the full employee lifecycle, advise and coach managers, lead engagement and inclusion initiatives, manage compensation and benefits reviews, deliver leadership and people-skills training, support performance and career development, handle employee relations, guide organizational change, maintain HR policies and records, and improve people processes through AI and automation.

Lead the design and delivery of secure Microsoft 365 environments, including Copilot readiness, Purview data protection, Entra ID and Defender architecture, and tenant-to-tenant migrations. Serve as technical authority across client engagements, lead discovery and pre-sales activities, scope work, estimate delivery effort, build reusable technical assets, and ensure high-quality outcomes. Advise senior stakeholders, reduce user friction, and support adoption of secure workplace technologies.
