Own the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare providers, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, closing, and onboarding partnership. Build provider talent networks, assess candidates for clinical and virtual-care fit, maintain applicant tracking documentation, report recruiting progress and market insights, and collaborate with Credentialing, Onboarding, Training, and Operations teams. Improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes in a remote contract role.

Leads day-to-day SOC operations, supervises analysts, and oversees 24/7 threat monitoring, incident investigation, response, and mitigation. Optimizes SIEM platforms, detection rules, and threat intelligence use; develops playbooks and SOPs; supports automation with Python or PowerShell; tracks SOC metrics; coordinates with IT, cloud, network, and compliance teams; and serves as the escalation point for complex, high-severity incidents. Provides mentoring, technical direction, training, and performance feedback.
