Lead NeXT Studio operating model and CX intelligence: manage experiment portfolio, synthesize VOC and research into executive recommendations, establish insight intake, drive cross-functional prioritization, maintain learning repository, and evolve CX models to reduce friction and inform decisions.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of full stack applications using Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend. Drive modernization, microservices decomposition, cloud-native design (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and automated test coverage (RSpec). Set engineering standards, participate in roadmaps, and troubleshoot/optimize production systems.

Support administration and continuous improvement of Clinical Education and Corporate Compliance learning programs. Manage LMS tasks, learner records, reporting, ticket queue tier‑1 support, content updates, stakeholder coordination, learner communications, and process improvements. Leverage automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
