Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automated test suites (regression, smoke, performance) for web and mobile using Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework and Python/Java/Scala. Integrate tests into CI/CD (Jenkins/CircleCI), set up test environments and data across OS and browsers, document test plans/results in Confluence/TestRail/Spira, work with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior automation engineers.

Design, automate, and maintain infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using containers and cloud platforms. Implement IaC, monitoring/alerting, and environment provisioning. Troubleshoot dev/test/prod issues, document runbooks, reduce toil through automation, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation while collaborating with distributed development and QA teams.

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-based corporate applications using Lightning, Apex, LWC and integrations. Collaborate in Agile teams, translate requirements into secure designs, debug integrations, provide Salesforce admin support, and interact with clients and stakeholders to deliver custom objects, workflows, and UI solutions.
