Leads complex, cross-functional technical programs across web, mobile, platform, infrastructure, and data products. The role manages roadmaps, dependencies, risks, metrics, reporting, stakeholder alignment, and technical delivery tradeoffs. It partners with engineering, product, design, data, and operations teams, applies Agile methodologies, uses AI and automation to improve execution, and mentors other program managers.

Leads customer-facing implementations of healthcare hardware, software, devices, and integrated technologies from planning through go-live. Configures and validates systems, troubleshoots networking and connectivity issues, assesses infrastructure readiness, manages implementation risks, delivers customer training, and coordinates with technical, clinical, logistics, product, engineering, and project teams. Maintains documentation, supports process improvement, and contributes to implementation standards and technical escalation management.

Manage customer success operations, including account audits, reporting, change orders, billing dispute resolution, recovery plans, end-of-life programs, and customer health monitoring. The role uses data-driven insights to reduce churn, improve satisfaction, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support internal and external stakeholders. It is based in Buenos Aires or Bahia Blanca and works Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. ART.
