Lead product strategy and roadmap for member communications orchestration: evaluate build-vs-buy, drive platform migrations, define preferences/consent UX, enable data- and AI-driven engagement, translate architecture into product direction, measure outcomes (engagement, conversion, efficiency), and align cross-functional stakeholders to improve member trust and experience.

Lead a telehealth product roadmap focused on growth via strategic channel partnerships, expanded insurance acceptance, and market access. Identify, build, and scale capabilities to increase member acquisition, partner integration, and virtual care utilization. Align cross-functional teams, present strategy and business cases to executives, leverage market, payer, and data insights, and champion reimbursement and payer relationships to expand access and drive adoption.

Manages Teladoc Health’s healthcare compliance program with a focus on revenue cycle, billing, coding, claims, and regulatory requirements. Oversees risk assessments, audits, monitoring, investigations, controls, policies, training, corrective actions, and executive reporting. Partners with Legal, HR, Revenue Cycle Management, and business leaders to address compliance concerns, interpret regulatory changes, support CMS and OIG inquiries, and strengthen organizational compliance infrastructure.
