Lead design and development of .NET/Silverlight applications, mentor team members, coordinate onsite-offshore delivery, optimize performance, engage clients, and work in Agile environments using AngularJS, MVC4, SQL Server, WCF, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.

Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL code and Informatica ETL jobs. Participate in business and system requirements sessions, design and develop solutions, obtain high-level designs from the client, and coordinate with offshore teams to implement changes and builds.

Manage and oversee QA project activities: plan and track testing efforts, coordinate QA resources, manage timelines and deliverables, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure quality outcomes. Networking/telecom domain experience is preferred but not required.
