As a Development Engineer I, you will design, test, and oversee manufacturing projects, ensuring customer requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.

Assist press operators with setup and operation of coating, printing, and die-cutting presses. Perform plate mounting/demounting, product inspections, packing, palletizing, material handling, documentation, equipment cleaning, and general housekeeping. Follow OHSE and Quality Systems, assist with training, and maintain a safe work environment.
