Leads plant quality operations, maintaining quality management systems, audits, validation, testing, calibration, supplier quality, product release, and continuous improvement programs. Manages SQF and HACCP compliance, customer complaints, corrective actions, regulatory and customer audits, statistical reporting, and quality personnel. Collaborates with Manufacturing, R&D, Production, and Development teams to improve processes, support new products, and maintain product quality. Oversees department planning, budgets, training, performance management, and employee development.

Leads global strategic accounts for TekniPlex MedTech Solutions, owning account strategy, revenue growth, retention, profitability, pipeline, executive relationships, and major commercial negotiations. Expands customer engagement across products, regions, business units, and manufacturing locations while coordinating cross-functional teams. Requires strong medical device or engineered manufacturing experience, commercial and financial acumen, technical understanding, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence global stakeholders. Travel of approximately 30–50% domestically and internationally is required.

Manages R&D projects from planning through completion, coordinating personnel, schedules, budgets, customer communications, requirements, specifications, reports, and technical problem-solving. Supports design and process improvements, manufacturing documentation, and the development and optimization of implant and catheter-based systems. Requires collaboration across project, engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams while maintaining knowledge of relevant processes and equipment.
