Leads public-sector sales growth across federal, state, local government, and education markets in the Northeast and New York. Develops regional business plans, manages strategic accounts and forecasts, builds relationships with procurement officials and decision-makers, coordinates dealer and internal sales networks, conducts sales training, supports consultative selling, and maintains Salesforce account data. Requires extensive government or higher education contract furniture sales experience and 70–75% travel.

Supports public sector contract reporting, compliance, registrations, product and pricing updates, government bids, dealer coordination, and contract documentation. Monitors GSA e-Buy postings, maintains insurance and website information, processes deal sheets, manages authorized dealers and contract products, and assists with government RFPs and purchaser inquiries. Requires strong communication, writing, attention to detail, Excel and Google Suite proficiency, and familiarity with contracts or government procurement processes.

Drives revenue and market share across an assigned territory by generating leads, developing customer and dealer relationships, managing sales forecasts, executing business plans, and closing opportunities. Supports dealers through training, product education, pricing guidance, and strategic planning. Builds brand recognition, develops partnerships with end users and industry influencers, coordinates marketing investments, and provides high-level customer service. Requires territory travel, including overnight trips, and a valid driver’s license.
