Lead Tekmetric's earned media and executive communications strategy, building executive thought leadership, managing media partnerships and Tektonic conference PR, driving founder-led content and product launch narratives, and measuring AI/GEO-driven visibility and business impact.

Owns the customer journey for single-location auto repair shops from contract signing through the first six months. Responsibilities include onboarding, account setup, data migration, customer training, product adoption, usage monitoring, risk and escalation management, documentation, and collaboration with Sales, Support, and Product. Success is measured through customer activation and retention.

Onboard customers to Tekmetric’s marketing software by hosting group onboarding calls, explaining setup requirements and best practices, tracking launch readiness, resolving escalated service issues, and collaborating with sales, customer success, operations, support, and engineering. The role also gathers customer feedback to improve onboarding processes and offers opportunities for career development.
