Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and system testing across web, mobile, APIs, and platform applications. Analyze requirements, identify and track defects, support release readiness, improve automation frameworks, collaborate with engineering/product/DevOps, and mentor junior testers to improve product quality.

The Director, AI Transformation & Enablement will architect strategies for incorporating AI into workforce management and enhance skills across the organization, while leading a small team in AI deployment and organizational change practices.
