The Director, AI Transformation & Enablement will architect strategies for incorporating AI into workforce management and enhance skills across the organization, while leading a small team in AI deployment and organizational change practices.

Support delivery and implementation of scalable solutions within Professional Services by gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes and workflows, assisting configuration and testing, creating user documentation and training materials, tracking project milestones, and performing basic data analysis to support solution design and post-implementation success.

The Senior Software Engineer will architect and implement data pipelines and frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics. Responsibilities include building CDC pipelines, optimizing data serving layers, and automating operations using CI/CD practices.
