Perform safety assessments and hazard mitigation from design through certification. Support automated test development, documentation, and requirements analysis.

Apply mathematics, electromagnetism, and DSP to validate and improve SAR/radar behavior; develop and maintain C/C++/Python software; support TX/RX lab testing and flight test campaigns; coordinate test readiness and documentation; collaborate with software, hardware, embedded, PS, and RF engineers; communicate progress and blockers.

Lead and support a small team of forward-deployed engineers at customer sites worldwide. Design, execute, and automate functional, regression, and performance tests for a WPF desktop application. Create reusable test plans and scripts (C#), track defects, improve documentation and QA processes, and collaborate with developers to ensure reliability and scalability.

Lead industrialisation and tech-transfer of UAV platforms into UK production. Design, document and validate manufacturing processes, tooling and test equipment; drive process control (PFMEA, control plans), Lean improvements, root-cause problem solving and production readiness. Work on the shop floor liaising with Product Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to improve yield, capacity and ensure AS9100/IPC compliance.

Design, validate, and certify mixed-signal autopilot PCBs for avionics. Responsibilities include schematic and multilayer PCB layout, SI/PI and EMC/thermal analysis, component selection, board bring-up, sensor integration, hardware test campaigns (DO-160), producing DO-254 certification artefacts, fabrication/EMS coordination, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with firmware, mechanical, and production teams.

Serve as the Scrum Master to remove blockers, protect team focus, facilitate valuable Scrum ceremonies, coach agile mindset, shield teams from interruptions, and collaborate with Product Owner to maintain a healthy backlog and drive delivery.

Lead business development and customer engagement across the UK, Middle East and Africa air domain. Own RAF relationships, shape opportunities from engagement to contract, advise market leads on air doctrine, plan and execute campaign strategies, support bids and coordinate cross-functional teams to align Tekever solutions with air customer requirements.

Lead and execute corporate communications across France and international markets. Develop integrated communications plans, media relations, executive messaging, multimedia content, and digital campaigns. Counsel leadership, support bids and crisis communications, coordinate agencies, and monitor industry, geopolitical and competitor developments to strengthen reputation in defence, aerospace, security and technology sectors.

Lead and mentor a team to design, build, and maintain scalable data platform architectures, pipelines, and integrations. Oversee cloud/on-prem migrations, performance, security, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust data solutions.

Lead and support a small team of forward-deployed engineers in live UAV operational environments. Act as primary customer contact, ensure system readiness and safety compliance, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, report on performance and incidents, and foster a high-performing field team while traveling regularly to customer sites.

Design and optimize UAV configurations, develop and tune flight models, run mission and stability analyses, automate performance calculations, support prototyping (3D printing/composites) and flight testing, and maintain internal engineering/simulation tools.

Lead UK logistics strategy and build a scalable, compliant multi-site network. Own transport, customs, warehousing, inventory, systems (ERP/WMS/TMS), P&L, supplier negotiations, risk/resilience and logistics leadership to support production ramp-up and defence programmes.
