Lead cloud architecture assessments and design for IaaS/PaaS/SaaS/hybrid environments, produce architecture artifacts, assess risks, support systems engineering and DevSecOps, advise stakeholders, and mentor engineering teams on federal cloud modernization efforts.

Provide independent technical oversight and architecture review for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and related infrastructure, security, and configuration management. Assess designs for security, availability, performance, scalability, and compliance with federal standards; evaluate vulnerabilities and remediations; review O&M documentation and transitions; perform risk assessments and present findings and recommendations to NIH leadership.

Provide independent architecture oversight for NIH applications and integrations. Review designs, APIs, microservices, databases, and Oracle APEX/OCI solutions for security, performance, maintainability, and compliance; deliver documented recommendations, risk assessments, alternatives analyses, and present findings to NIH leadership while collaborating with development and O&M teams.
