Performs laboratory tests using standard operating procedures and automated, semi-automated, or manual methods. Manages reagents, test subject records, equipment maintenance, cytometry instrumentation, and related software. Communicates results, supports documentation and administrative tasks, and contributes to workflow optimization and capacity planning. Requires strong laboratory, safety, data handling, communication, adaptability, and independent working skills in a fast-paced environment.

Own the mid-funnel sales process for Teiko’s life sciences products, converting qualified leads into buyers through discovery, qualification, technical evaluation, proposals, procurement, and closing. Manage pipeline forecasting in HubSpot, grow existing biotech and pharma accounts, support negotiations, represent the company at conferences, and collaborate with scientific, marketing, SDR, and commercial leadership teams. The role also helps build scalable sales processes and supports future team members.

The role involves managing financial models, investor relations, operational economics, and overseeing the finance function while leveraging modern technology tools.
