Terminates, connects, tests, and troubleshoots low-voltage power, control, instrumentation, and communication cables for industrial construction and maintenance projects. Installs cable glands, lugs, connectors, and termination kits; connects motors, transformers, switchgear, panels, and lighting systems; interprets electrical drawings; performs continuity and insulation resistance testing; and follows safety and lockout/tagout procedures. Requires industrial electrical experience, physical labor, travel, and overtime availability.

Coordinates accounting and administrative activities across multiple projects, including purchasing, purchase order tracking, electronic timekeeping, cost summaries, payroll and hiring paperwork, employee files, and internal and customer reporting. Supports field, corporate, office, and shop personnel while ensuring financial, administrative, and regulatory documentation is accurate and timely.

Leads purchasing and procurement operations supporting industrial construction, maintenance, outage, and field service projects. Responsibilities include developing procurement strategy, managing supplier and subcontractor relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, monitoring performance and risks, improving processes, supporting inventory planning, and leading corporate and field purchasing personnel. Partners with operations, project management, finance, and field leadership to ensure project readiness, compliance, cost efficiency, and successful execution.

Supports the President and leadership team by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, presentations, reports, expenses, and administrative systems. Coordinates leadership meetings and events, tracks action items, prepares minutes, summarizes information, and maintains budgets and inventory for marketing materials. Handles confidential information while ensuring accurate communication, organization, and follow-through across business initiatives.

Oversee on-site welding quality and compliance by maintaining job packages, conducting inspections and audits, coordinating Authorized Inspection and NDE, certifying welding personnel, resolving nonconformances, and supervising QC inspectors to ensure adherence to ASME/NBIC and customer requirements.

Install, dismantle, transport, and repair industrial machinery. Read blueprints and schematics, set pumps and motors within tolerances, use hoists and hand/power tools, weld/braze, supervise workers, and perform precise measurements and adjustments.

Assemble, install, maintain, and repair boilers and large vessels. Read blueprints, lay out prefabricated parts, use manual and robotic welding equipment, test systems for leaks, clean vats, and repair valves, pipes, and joints using hand and power tools.

Perform steel erection and fabrication including reading blueprints, installing structural steel, scaffold setup, anchoring/bolting/welding members, inspecting work for quality and code compliance, using hand and power tools, and completing job documentation.
