Own full-cycle recruitment across departments: workforce planning, sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals), screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, ATS maintenance, hiring manager advising, and onboarding coordination while ensuring compliance and excellent candidate experience.

Lead on-site Technical Support and RMA/Repair teams, build scalable support and repair processes, monitor KPIs, manage escalations, analyze service trends, partner cross-functionally, and improve repair efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The Regulatory Compliance & Quality Manager will lead compliance activities, manage certifications, and improve Teguar's Quality Management System. Responsibilities include regulatory liaison and supporting audits.
