Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer delivery, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies, candidate evaluations, interview training, and hiring best practices. Maintain talent pipelines and the ATS, ensure recruiting compliance, provide market updates, and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Validates industrial and medical computer hardware through hands-on lab and field testing, imaging, driver and firmware integration, thermal and EMI checks, and customer witness tests. Produces validation documentation, reviews technical risks, supports design-ins, leads post-sales escalations, drives root-cause investigations, and maintains regulated medical documentation. The role also coordinates with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and suppliers while recommending product and process improvements based on failure and RMA trends.

Owns Teguar’s internal IT infrastructure, endpoints, security controls, outsourced MSP relationships, AI tooling governance, and security automation. The role implements cybersecurity protections, supports ISO 27001 and cyber insurance readiness, manages incident response and disaster recovery testing, answers customer security questionnaires, and partners on EU Cyber Resilience Act and IEC 62443 readiness. This is a hands-on individual-contributor position requiring scripting, AI operationalization, infrastructure administration, and technical security leadership.
