Provides exceptional customer service and sales support on the retail floor, including product education, selling, cash wrap, restocking, shipment receiving, stockroom organization, loss prevention, premium boot services, and facility maintenance. Works weekends, evenings, and holidays while supporting store inventory and maintaining a welcoming, sales-driven environment.

Own wholesale channel planning across forecasting, buying, open-to-buy, inventory, reporting, and purchase orders. Lead and develop a Wholesale Planner while partnering with Sales, Merchandising, DTC Planning, and Sales Operations. Manage sell-in, sell-through, inventory risks, seasonal transitions, and financial updates. Improve planning processes and systems using NetSuite, WFX, Invent AI, EDI, retailer portals, and AI-enabled reporting. Represent wholesale inventory in leadership reviews and drive actionable recommendations.

Provides exceptional in-store customer service and sales support, including product education, selling, cash wrap, premium boot services, restocking, shipment handling, stockroom organization, loss prevention activities, and facility upkeep. Works 15–20 hours weekly, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, while supporting store leadership and maintaining a sales-driven environment.
