Own wholesale sales operations by managing B2B platforms, catalogs, pricing, product data, seasonal line setup, sales materials, audits, and cross-functional projects. The role supports ElasticSuite, improves data integrity, automates manual workflows with AI, coordinates system and process implementations, and trains stakeholders. It requires strong organization, project management, data fluency, and proficiency with Excel; NetSuite, NuOrder, and ElasticSuite experience is advantageous. The position is based in Austin, Texas.

Leads technical project planning, delivery, prioritization, and timeline management across the technology organization. Manages Front End Engineering sprint cadence, facilitates Agile ceremonies, translates Digital team priorities into sprint-ready work, documents requirements and test plans, coordinates releases, tracks risks, and communicates status to stakeholders. Partners with engineering teams on estimates and prioritization while resolving conflicts and escalating issues appropriately.

Own and grow Tecovas Work’s corporate sales business by prospecting industrial and construction accounts, acquiring new B2B customers, managing the full sales cycle, structuring footwear programs, and expanding accounts into recurring company-wide programs. The role carries revenue targets, manages CRM and pipeline forecasting, negotiates pricing, and maintains customer relationships. It is based in Austin, requires relocation if necessary, and involves frequent national travel to job sites, offices, and industry events.
