Leads sales strategy and business development across renewable energy and EV charging markets. Manages sales teams, customer and partner relationships, revenue growth, forecasts, profitability, pricing, inventory planning, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product development, and marketing. Oversees hiring, performance management, operational efficiency, compliance, and business unit strategy.

Creates parametric and non-parametric 3D models, product drawings, layouts, schematics, revisions, and bills of material. Converts concepts into detailed models under engineering direction, interprets manufacturing tolerances, performs precision measurements, reviews designs, manages CAD/PDM documentation, supports technical inquiries, and guides design technicians. The role occasionally travels for installation support and measurement activities while ensuring project schedules, design standards, safety procedures, and ISO 9001 requirements are met.

Supports Account Managers and customers throughout the sales process for electric motors and controls products. Duties include processing orders in SAP, preparing quotations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, responding to inquiries, coordinating follow-up and expediting activities, maintaining customer relationships, resolving issues with internal departments, and improving sales support processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
